  • Thought i was good today...

Bought 3 packs of mince for a tenner, and some other bogof's from Tesco's also filled up using a 5p off voucher.. ut blew all the good efforts by buying a ready stuffed cook from frozen turkey, Arrgh! just as easy to stuff n cook a turkey myself! but used up the last of my vedge, with enough leftovers for bubble and squeek tomorrow dinner :D

Tried the Soda crystals in my wash today and was pleased with the results 1/2 cap of washing liquid and a scoop of the crystals. Great results.

mooched through my freezer and found berries and fruits that needed eating up so mixed them with some fresh apples added wheetgerm, oats and sugar and baked them into pies and fruit pasties (wheni ran out of pie dishes) so they will freeze well and mean i wont be tempted with biccies or choc!

    Hi All,

Sorry, Ive not been around much, but I am back here as I need some discipline in my spending and my eating (put on 3lbs at WW today - am really p***sed off with myself)

    So today I have
    • spent £1.75 on the WW magazine (budgeted for - so not taken out of my pocket money)
    • spent all afternoon indoors (not spending cash) watching things that I have recorded over the past month
    • done competitions in magazines while watching tv
    • made soup for lunch for the next couple of days
    • checked my online banking and updated spreadsheet
    • put change into my sealed pot - cant wait to open it
    • given myself a £5 budget for the week on 'treats' - I have to give up my daily latte routine and stick to plenty of water and a coffee out of the machine

    Daily Spend Diary
Spent: £0 £5 left til Friday

Take care and catch up tomorrow

    Hi everyone,
    I have
    - had a NSD
    - sat 3 hours in traffic for an 80 mile journey! Not impressed. Its 60mph all the way
    - had dinner made for me at friends house
    - got sore throat and loosing voice so will squeeze lemons in fridge later and have with paracetamol
    - sorted stuff in fridge out, moved some into freezer etc
    - going to clean up now and replace batteries in DS's toys
  • I made flapjacks again (yum!) so I could take them to work next week (although DH and I are munching at the moment so perhaps there won't be many to take!)

Had lots of people over but all budgeted for so that was OK.

    Had my first NSD! Hooray!
