    For anyone that is interested in what people are meant to get for their money - it is usually a link to a site like eEmpire, or a PDF file with a load of addresses and contact details for the same sort of thing.

    Do paypal class an ebook as a tangible item?

    If not is there a possibility that the listing, even though there may have been buyer protection displayed, would not be covered and the buyers may have a problem getting their money back?
