  • Thanks Lauradora and determinedtodothis - your positive comments are welcomed!! I feel if I write it all down, I have to stick to it!!

Received the £45 quidco payment today so just going to go and transfer it straight to the Debenhams account just now via online banking. If I leave it in my bank until Monday when the banks are open chances are I'll just spend it on something else - and I'm determined to stick to my plan seeing as it is published on the web!!

    :)

  • Just got my road tax reminder in the post when I got home from work - that wasn't part of the plan for Jan and Feb!! I totally forgot about it

I'm going to see if I can ebay / sell enough stuff at work to cover it because I don't want to mess up my careful plans above!!

    Wish me luck......
  • Your doing really well!

Oooh that sounds good! Can you recommend any?

I've just sold a fancy dress outfit on ebay for £25 so I've decided I am going to wait until I have £100 in paypal before I transfer it - so that it makes a bit of an impact!

Thats another £75 off the Debenhams card, plus I have sold 2 items on ebay which come to £32, so I think I might just transfer that from Paypal and use that too - means the road tax won't have quite such an impact if I have £32 from somewhere else to use against the Debenhams card...

Feeling quite positive about my mini-repayment of these three debts despite the set back of the road tax!! Wouldn't normally have minded so much but I've stopped using the car for work and now I walk so I grudge the tax even more this time... never mind, its not an option! :)
  • Today I sold 2 Wii games via tradeyourstuff.co.uk for £14.80, and have put through 4 mobiles in mazuma mobile which I did through quidco giving me an extra £6. Thats a total of £47.80 for today which will go towards one of the above!

Have a box of things to put on ebay tomorrow, but the pictures I've taken are too high a resolution to upload so I'll have to retake them in the morning.
