Question about Goldfish c/c reward points

Does anyone know how I access these now?
Barclaycard took over Goldfish and my new b/c became operational on 27/10. I've registered on the new b/c-goldfish website and I can see all my card details/balance - all fine. But I can't see any access to the b/fwd goldfish reward points. There is a b/c rewards login section, but this doesn't recognise my details, so I assume this is a seperate scheme ? I've phoned b/c and been given an assurance the g/f points, both new & old are still valid but they can't tell me how to access them via the site. They've given me a number to call Monday - just wondered if anyone else has had the same question and found the answer ?

....it doesn't work for me either - I log in and get a blank screen with a Barclaycard logo.
But, going on their recent performance of not being able to set up a direct debit after 4 'phone calls to them and then charging me for the priviledge, I'm not surprised.0 -
The points/cash (carried forward and current) will be paid into your account when your first Barclaycard statement is issued.
Don't think there is any way of telling how much until you get it - other than manually calculating it. A spreadsheet with the right formula will help0 -

...Got 2 statements online at Brokenlaycard, neither of them show anything relating to points though only transactions
It might help if their points website worked properly instead of showing me a picture of 3 blue shopping bags and their logo0 -

It only shows as a transaction. The final transaction on each of my first two statements is 'cashback award'. You get it monthly rather than saving it up.0 -

...unless the statement in the post is different than the online pdf version, there's definitely no rewards transactions.
Then maybe you have a different version of Barclaycard - I know there are several and it's not always clear which is which.
Sounds like they are having teething problems with some versions. Hope you get it resolved.0 -

You have to re register...choose new password etc. Once you`ve re registered you reward points will show up when you log in.0 -

Hi again,
I've now managed to log into the points reward site - it must have been throwing a wobbler when I tried earlier.
The first transaction of the october points statement is a enrollment which is the carry-over from the good old Goldfish days. My enrollment points appears to be correct.
Have ordered my first lot of B&Q vouchers, we'll see if that's any more likely to happen than the ongoing fiasco with my direct debit.
Regarding logging in - make sure you put your date of birth in exactly as the example, that could be why is doesn't know your details?
Cheers,
Chris.0 -

Re-register on what ?
I've re-registered on the Barclaycard site, no prob - but these new details don't do anything on the 'rewards' section once I'm in the Barclaycard site.0 -
You only get to the points section after logging in to your Barclaycard account. There is a menu item on the left and then you have to re input your card no. I have made a conscious decision to cash mine in as soon as I have enough because the exchange rate per £10 has deteriorated over time. Originally it was 1500 points with Goldfish but I think it is more like 1800 now or thereabouts.
The other point about Barclaycard is that their website is a lot more complicated than Goldfish and takes a bit of getting used to. My pet hate is having to phone them up on their 0844 number to enquire about your account where you are given a 5 minute brief of everything you don't want to know so that they can extract a higher rated call charge off you. We pay to enquire, really annoys me.
In fact I have decided to ditch Barclaycard and go to AMEX because you get cash back and the ER is better.;)
