The prizes is for two adults. Prize breaks must be taken before March 31, 2009. Dates are subject to availability, excluding Bank Holidays and peak periods.
1. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
2. The draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.
3. Closing date December 1, 2008.
4. The winner will be the sender of the first correct or the nearest correct entry drawn at random on December 14.
5. Winners will be contacted by telephone or email, according to contact details supplied with their entries.
6. No purchase necessary for entry.
7. There will be no cash alternative and the prize includes no spending money for transport to the departure station or for entertainments and meals other than those described above as part of the prize.
8. Southern’s decision is final in every circumstance, including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Name and likeness of prizewinner may be used for publicity purposes.
10. Your personal details will not be passed on to any other organisation, except for the purpose of awarding your prize if necessary.
