Egg Savings - deposits failing

I've been trying to make online debit card deposits this afternoon and they fail. Anyone having the same problem? (System provides a message which I don't understand as it seems full of code.)

    Copy the code and email it to them.

    Did that but you will know it takes about 3 days to get a reply! So I then thought of asking on here.

    3 days? lame. they always reply quite fast to me! It usually takes time to get the email saying I have a new message though.

    Can you paste the error on here?

    Tried again this morning. Seems to be working OK. Problem was probably with the Verified by Visa processing. Thanks to those who took trouble to respond to my original query.

    Update at 10:25 - Egg has known problem ("affecting small number of customers"!!) which means some Debit card payments cannot be effected. Seems like it probably relates to the Verified by Visa section.
