Just received my order from QVC - Molton brown for Christmas gifts at a very good price - when I ordered online, option to order 2 and receive free postage was given, so guess what? - I ordered 2! confirmation email shows 2 at 37.38, 0.00 postage & packaging and a total of 83.68 - assumed this was processed and postage would be removed on invoice
delivery arrived with delivery note for total of 83.68 - phoned customer service who were very frosty and said we NEVER offer free postage - ok, I will NEVER shop with QVC again! - suggest you take note and do similar!

Hi, i'm sure they have a few free postage days a year..
They sometimes have a BOGOF type of thing, when
you buy two, you only pay postage for one.
I know one thing though, after paying £2.45 postage
for a ring, I had to return it because it didn't fit.
The lady at the post office stuck a first class stamp on the
package, gave me a proof of postage card and that
was that. The postage charges are so high because
they are charging for insurance too.
I dont watch it now so I wont be tempted. :xmassign:0 -
QVC DEFINITELY, without any shadow of a doubt, have in the past offered 'free P&P days' - I think, but am not sure, that they sometimes offer free P&P on second and subsequent items???
We are generally ripped off on the price of P&P because it never reflects the true costs. I recently got an item delivered from a PC suplpier and the cost of P&P was a few pence short of £21, after it developed a fault I sent it back fully traceable, fully insured, guaranteed next day before 9:30 AM delivery at a cost of £6.04 which included a padded bag and a label.
I think a lot of companies use P&P to bolster their profits.
IvanI don't care about your first world problems; I have enough of my own!0
