fixed tariff yes or no.

I am on a pay as you go gas and electric meter from british gas.. I have had a letter through asking me if i want to sign up for the fixed price it is now until 2012.
Do i do this.? Not sure if its a good thing or not as if the gas and elec go down im stuck and this high rate as it is now.but if it goes even higher ill be ok.

Any suggestions.?

  • Even a British gas employee on here has called the 2012 fix 'cr*p'. Must have been a rare moment of individual thinking :rolleyes: . No-one can tell you what to do, it's your decision. But if you asked me if I would do this the answer would be a resounding NO.
