I applied for this at 6.8% but now the paperwork has come through the rate is only 6.0% :-(
I checked the website and 6.0% is now the advertised rate.
Before I call them, anyone know on what date they made the change etc?

As posted above by Baldur, they reduced the rate with effect from and including 17th Oct.
Fortunately they received my application on the 16th, I 'phoned them up to check, and the interest started on that date in spite of a delay in receiving any paperwork back. Apparently it was a very popular investment at 6.8%, hence the delay.
Never mind, you win some and lose some. I'm usually the lose some!0
