Boots cancelled my order without even telling me!

Has anyone else had issues when ordering from Boots.com?
I used their website for the first time last month and spent £75 and received a confirmation to say that it would arrive 28th Nov.
I chased it up today, and Boots say that they cancelled my order due to the fact they had a free promotion on fibre-sure power and there was some confusion at pharmacy over the dispatch of these orders and a number of orders were cancelled.
Can't see why Boots never contacted me about this - they did have my e-mail address.
I am so not impressed so declined to reorder when asked, I'll get the stuff elsewhere.
Am I the only one disappointed with Boots.com?
