    follow the following
    press services button
    press 4 system set up
    press 4 add channels
    freq change to 11954 by entering numbers from remote control pad
    polarisation change to h by scrolling
    symbol rate change to 27.5 by scrolling
    fec change to 2/3 by scrolling
    go to find channels,press and wait
    you will get a full screen of programs select london use yellow button and press select.
    then go to services ,,other channles and you should find it their
