I'd keep the trailer Snaggs and give it a go - if you really can't manage then sell it but you'd be amazed what you can achieve when you HAVE to do stuff on your own!Mortgage OP 2025 £7050/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Well, I have just sorted out my finances for my new, single life. Looks like I'm going to be on here a lot, as I can't see my £46 a month disposable income stretching very far.... :rotfl:"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

It was unbearable quiet really - I was supposed to have plans, but they sort of went horribly wrong, so I was just on my own, stuck at home, with too much time to dwell on things.skint_spice wrote: »How are you enjoying your weekend without the kids Snags? quiet huh?
They came back home today though, and they were both being naughty as hell but I was just so glad to see the little pair of monkeys.
Hi Beanie - how are you sweetie? Yes, that includes the money from Stu, but only an estimate of the child tax credits. I'm hoping there will be a little bit more, but I'm guessing I wont be out partying much!
And I bought a second hand Xsara Picasso - it's LOVELY! But very big, as I discovered when I had to reverse it onto the drive...
Edit - Sorry Sally, think I cross posted with you - yes, there might be a few little savings I can make, like I've allowed £200 for food shopping, but my thinking there was that it will have to include clothes, shoes, toiletries, treats, the upkeep of my underwear addiction....etc etc. And there's nappies and stuff too, which all adds up. So the £46 is just purely spending money, but it really wont go far, will it!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
