Cannot Log into ING Direct

I moved most of my cash from ING because of their awful rate for long term customers....but just tried to log in to remove the rest of my residual interest and this flashes up:

We're sorry for any inconvenience. This function is currently not available. Try the function again or call Customer Services on 0845 603 8888. Our lines are open Monday - Friday 7am - 11pm, Saturday-Sunday 9am - 9pm. (Error Code: -1)

I don't care if it's a Code 1 or Code 9!!!!!!...I want all my money available to move when I want to not when ING feel like it.

Thats it...account will be closed asap.......not a happy bear:mad:

The very same thing happened to me the other night! I just kept trying and eventually got in, maybe it was down for maintenance or something.

I was in a right panic as I was checking to see if my ISA (which I had transferred to Icesave at the wrong time) had been stopped and re-instated.

Hope it's OK for you now
  • Looking back through previous pages I have found threads
    Can't Log into Cahoot
    Can't Log into A & L
    Can't Log into Abbey
    Can't Log into ICICI
    etc etc etc etc
In fact it would be difficult to find an internet banking site that someone somewhere has'nt been able to log into at some time or other. Without being facetious, is there any point to these posts other than to create panic in a community that is already jumpy enough.
