Yes, its dreadful - I'm getting annoyed seeing my points total in a very sad state. I have ordered stuff through their merchants, but I hardly ever get any points added. Virtually given up on Pigsback. I have started using Ipoints (they have more click throughs, plus they add points much quicker. and there are frequent questionaires) which I have found much better.:T

how long does it take to get vouchers? i ordered £50 of boots vouchers on the 8th and still not got them, anyone know how to contact the pig about this?
