Hi everyone, there seems to be a problem with my jackpot winnings and Pigsback. I was hoping someone could help me.
I entered 2 jackpots, the winner for Strictly and the winner for X factor. I chose Austin Healey who didn't win for Strictly and Alexandra Burke for X factor who did win and so I should have won the jackpot. Unfortunately I wasn't awarded any points so I contacted pigsback and they sent me a very strange response!
They said I entered 'two jackpots for the X Factor' saying I voted Alexandra Burke to go out in the Semi Final and Austin Healey to win!!!
Which isn't even possible because he wasn't on X Factor obviously!!!
I've replied with the corrections but I feel they're going to cheat me out of my winnings anyways, what should I do?!
