Presumably just filling in that the student is mature, has been a student for four years and is a widow - this sort of circumstance does affect certain things, claims, benefits, grants etc. Dipsy81 - hope your sister manages to get one and that the offers in it are usfeul to her.

You can go to the snapfax website and see some of the offers/discounts that are available in your area before you register to see if it is worth registering. I think many of the discounts you can get without the snapfax but it allows you to see what you are entitled to, since it is free I would say it is worth getting.

Yes i did mention it as she is a mature student. So thank you for mentioning it for me.
