Investments in Corporate Bonds ISAs

I have some Corporate Bond ISAs with HBOS which are not worth as much as when I first got them, about 5 years ago. Is it worth keeping them or should I cut my losses and sell them?

Halifax are particularly poor with investments. For example, you have 100% in corporate bonds. So, you had all your eggs in one basket during a period that didnt suit corporate bonds. Ironically, going forward, corporate bonds are looking more attractive now (as are a few other areas of fixed interest - note some are not looking that attractive though).

It may now be time to look at your holdings and build a more diverse spread that averages out to your risk profile instead of having all your eggs in one basket. You wont be able to do that with a bank though. You either have to DIY and use a fund supermarket or use an IFA who will use a fund supermarket.

I would hold on to them, But as above id look into spreding your risk.
Put some money in a share issa maybe?
Do you know if you can move your bonds to a difrent company? IT might be worth looking into. But you will need to find out if there is a charge for this off hbos. And or how muccck money you could lose.
But def spred your risk dont keep all your eggs in one bacsket.
    Good luck
:jYou can have everything you wont in lfe, If you only help enough other people to get what they wont.:j
