1. Offer open to residents of Great Britain, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of R&R Ice Cream, its agents and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. To participate for the chance of winning 1 of 25 money can’t buy experiences visit www.skinnycow.co.uk, follow the on screen instructions and type in your code as instructed which can be found on the inside of the pack. Each code may only be entered once. Codes will expire once they have been entered. Consumers may enter the promotion as many times as they want, provided that they enter a new promotional code each time they participate.
3. Promotion dates are 1/6/08 (0.00 GMT) - 30/6/09 (23.59 GMT) inclusive. Participants can enter at any time in this period for a chance of winning.
4. The prime route of entry is via the Internet. If you do not have access to the internet please send proof of your unique code printed on-pack, your name & address to, Skinny Cow Postal Entries, Department Number 5493, PO Box 99, Aylesbury, Bucks, HP19 8RR, and we will check your code for you. Winners only will be notified in 28 days.
5. Participants will be notified instantly online if their lucky code matches a winning code chosen prior to the start of the promotion.
6. Winners will be required to complete the Claim Form provided on line and send it together with their winning on-pack unique code for verification to, Skinny Cow Winning Entries, Department Number 5493, PO Box 99, Aylesbury, Bucks, HP19 8RR.
7. Only valid codes will be accepted. Other manufacturers’ references or printing errors do not constitute codes.
8. Promotional codes appear on special promotional packs of the following Skinny Cow products: Triple Choc Sticks, Mint Choc Sticks and Berry Blush Sticks.
9. Winners may be required to take part in related publicity.
10. Prizes: Where the prize involves travel, it is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, travel insurance and meet the entry requirements of the destination. Unless stated otherwise, prizes are valid for travel until the end of 2009 excluding Christmas, New Year, Easter and bank holidays. All prizes are subject to availability at the time of booking. Where car hire is included the winner must present their credit card at the point of collection. Drivers must be 25 years or over. All prizes include a hamper of Skinny Cow ice cream delivered to your home. Hotel accommodation is bed only unless stated otherwise in the prize. All other food, drink and spending money is at the winner’s own expense, except where it is specifically stated as included with the prize. Airport/hotel transfers are not included, except stated otherwise in the prize.
11. Prize Details - 25 prizes in total, including 2 of each item listed, excluding the Oscars (1 only).
    • Learn to be an actor in LA - The prize is for 2 people and includes: return economy flights from London to LA, car hire for the duration of trip, 5 nights 4* accommodation, based on 2 people sharing a double / twin room, and a 2-day one-on-one acting mentorship with a renowned actor, for the prize winner only. This prize is subject to the availability of the mentor and can only be booked 4-8 weeks in advance.

This prize is valid for travel on the specific dates of Oscars in February 2009 or 2010, depending on when the prize is redeemed. As the prize is subject to availability, the dates of travel will be at the promoter’s discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend temporarily the operation of the Site without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reason beyond its control. We do not warrant that the Site and its contents are free from viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties. Internet software or transmission problems may produce inaccurate or incomplete copies of information and materials that may be downloaded and displayed onto your computer. We will not be liable for any errors, changes, or omissions that occur during transmission of information and materials. 13. No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, the prizes will only be awarded to the winners.’
14. The promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfill the obligations of any third parties involved in this promotion, although the Promoter will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.
