Home emergency insurance cover needed.

I am looking for cheap insurance that will cover any damage whether accidentially or not such as boiler(gas) and radiators, plumbing both inside and outside, drainage system electrical wires and etc.

I was looking as well. I used to have a policy from AXA but they stopped doing that as an individual policy from this year. They passed my name to HomeServe who wants to charge me more than double for a similar cover.
The AXA (or Inter Partnership) Home Emgergency is now sold as an optional addon for many home insurance policies. In the end, I took a paymentshield policy (through payless in this forum, very good service by the way) which has the home emergency as a free addon for the first year.
I believe Egg, LloydsTsb, etc also have the same or similar AXA policy as addons.

AXA are underwriters for Homeserve and Homeserve do the claims handling for most major insurance companies

Check your house insurance policies an contact the company. There may be an option to pay an extra one off small payment to get exactly what you are after which will last the whole policy.
