Not sure if I put a return address on my letter to Abbey...

Hi,
3 weeks ago I sent that template letter to Abbey to reclaim my bank charges. I said that I had just started further education so was one of the financial hardship cases. They replied about a week or so later asking for details of my financial hardship. They included a form where I had to list my income and my expenditure etc. and a return envelope. I filled out all the form and put it in the envelope and then put it in the postbox, this was last week I did this. I haven't heard back from them yet. I'm just wondering, I don't think I had a return address on the form/envelope? So perhaps they don't know who it's from? I did quote their reference number that they'd given me though, is that enough for them to know it's from me?
Sorry for the long winded explanation and sorry if it's not clear or concise!
Any help would be great,
Rory
