Has anyone ever used Freedom Direct.co.uk ?
I have just booked a hotel only to Tenerife, I want to book my own flights as I am just booking one way at the moment. They are to expensive on the return leg.
I found them very helpful and the young man I dealt with gave me his own contact number, I can speak directly to him which is excellent. Within 10 minutes I received the hotel voucher by email. They also include in the price a supplier fail insurance which costs £2 each
I had them recommended by a friend, but after being a victim of XL I am naturally very cautious who I book with, but what I didn't know until I booked it was that the hotel is booked with a company called Hotel Brokers, so I suppose that if they should ever go down the insurance will cover me, I really wouldn't want to go down that road again, fingers crossed that it will all be ok.

Correction it should have been Holiday Brokers, not Hotel Brokers.
Sorry
