Just Had A WTC - Not A Car but a DVD

Just had a WTC from a well spoken gentleman at Five to let me they'd been running a comp to win a car, I'd not won that (shame) but won a DVD. Not sure what DVD though as he said it twice and I still couldn't understand (it was his Queen's English I'm not used to 
). Will just have to wait for it to arrive to find out what it is, unless anyone else has had a similar call.
No number came up on my mobile when he rang so when he asked for my full address I asked if it was okay to ring him straight back (he was ok but a bit shocked I think).
