I have chased the Duetto one for myself. I used the duetto contact phone number and they said they would ring me back.

Next day a lady phoned back, took my details and said she would pass the matter on to the clearing house they were using.

That was about a week ago and I haven't heard or received anything since.

I went into the larger Morrison's store in Plymouth yesterday and they only stocked their own brand pasta, and not the Duetto one. Either they've stopped producing it, or Morrison's didn't have enough sales, so stopped stocking it, or I just went in at the wrong time, but I didn't even find an empty shelf where it should be.

Our (v small) morrisons still stocks this pasta but haven't seen the promotional try me free packs for a while - they're just on offer for a pound at the mo.

I'm gonna start keeping a note of the details till the cheques come back, it's only recently though that they've been a bit hit and miss.

Have you had any response? I wrote to them too just prior to Xmas but heard nothing. That's an email, a phone call, and a letter now. Doesn't look good does it?

No I've heard nothing from them either:( Am wary about doing the comfort one now as it sounds like it might be run by the same people - it was a similar targetted mailshot.

Hi.. this morning Ihave received 2 cheques ...
£1.27 for plenty
£2.19 for duetto pasta

Both sent from Aston under lyne...so I guess things are on the way..
