Look out for a mailshot with a money off coupon for this plus "money back guarantee" if you're not satisfied. Need to keep the direct mailing, much along the lines of the Persil Small and Mightly earlier this year. Maybe it'll appear in some of the magazines too?

The reason I asked about the round one with a 75p voucher in it is because I received this but there was no mention of a MBG or TMF. Have I missed something?

It's not mentioned on the round outer part of the mailing, but it's part of the t's and c's on the coupon and also says on the front of the coupon '75p off and your money back if you're not wowed'. Strangely it also says you need to retain the coupon to claim but how can you use it for 75p off then???

 oh, no just realised I was too greedy and took the colourful plenty, did not have my paper with me , shall I try it on? I paid £2.97, would they still pay me the £2.19?

O no, that's the sort of thing I do!! Well, you've bought it now so unless you want to take it back to the shop and get your money back I would just send it off, you've nothing to lose, hopefully they'll pay the full amount, more likely just the £2.19 though I'd have thought. Still better than nothing.

I'm not sure what to do... I suspect they won't refund it as it's obviously more than the RRP they mentioned, although they may give you the £2.19 as a gesture of goodwill  Dunno!
