Has anyone received their money back for the Chicago Town pizza? I sent mine on July 2nd and have heard nothing since. They aren't responding to emails either.

I've received two back - they came quite quickly, the second one within a couple of weeks.

I chased Oatibix and they claimed they had never received my application but they would process it and my money arrived the next day, so fair play to them!

Does the Ecover promotion have a closing date, does anyone know?

I can't for the life of me find any promotional bottles - doesn't help when there's only one Sainsbugs 15 miles away and I don't go there very often.

I found the ECOVER in Sainsbury's Chelmsford. Can't remember the closing date I'm afraid as I've posted the neck collar back now - sorry

This is my very first post, although I am a seasoned TMF hunter.

Regarding the Ecover 'I'm tougher than you think' promotion, I have emailed Ecover with the following questions:

1. Is it possible to try all 3 products per household and receive money back on each one if not satisfied?
2. The neck collar states the offer is valid until 31 August 2009, however, your website says the promotion is open until 31 December 2009. Which is correct please.
3. Do the products need to be purchased at Sainsbury's only to be eligible for the money back guarantee?

.....and they have replied:

"The promotion is currently running in Sainsbury's and applies only to purchases of the products from Sainsbury's. You are able to make one claim per household for each product which carries the guarantee. Your statutory rights are not affected.
For more information, please visit (*see below)

The promotion is running until 31 December 2009 and so you have plenty of time to try the products.
