What do we do now then? No-one;s answered my question! Do I need to buy 8 more, and do we need to actively do a plan or do you just send them off?

This is from the t and c listed by a previous poster:

Proof of purchase(s) for a total of 16 pots of Danone Activia bought as multipacks (excluding Intensely Creamy) between 01/01/2012 and 29/02/2012 inclusive.
Proof of Purchase means printed receipt(s) (either via till or online shopping) with your Activia purchases highlighted, and the date of purchase clearly displayed. If submitting online shopping receipts, the name and address of the applicant must also be visible. Photocopied receipts are not acceptable and will be deemed invalid.

so yes, you'll have to buy 16 pots but looks like you can do it in more than one transaction. They're on offer at tescos and sainsburys: 2x4pots for £3.50 so should get £7 back. I would never normally buy yoghurt at that price!

i saw flashed packs today in Ts but the t&c say any 16pots of activia:
The maximum refund per applicant is the cash equivalent of the relevant applicant's purchase price of a total of 16 pots of Danone Activia bought as multipacks (excluding Intensely Creamy) bought between 01/01/2012 and 29/02/2012 - as evidenced by proof of purchase - see section 8 below). No bulk or third party claims permitted. Please note that you may claim a refund for any combination of ACTIVIA TWELVE PACKS, ACTIVIA EIGHT PACKS and ACTIVIA FOUR PACKS (excluding INTENSELY CREAMY) that make up a total of 16 pots.
Possible combinations are: 1x ACTIVIA TWELVE PACK + 1x ACTIVIA FOUR PACK or 2x ACTIVIA EIGHT PACKS or 1x ACTIVIA EIGHT PACK + 2x ACTIVIA FOUR PACKS or 4x ACTIVIA FOUR PACKS.
If you bought the packs at a promotional price, we will refund you at the promotional price.

Sent off for my Buster sink unblocker TMF at beginning of November but nothing received so far. Anyone else waited this long? Should I chase up?

I did the Activia challenge when it was on before - can I do again does anyone know? TIA

I sent my buster in december and have heard nothing yet. Also sent kerrygold at same time and heard nothing. will have to email them methinks

Thanks Kittycat! I knew I had to send off the pack, receipt and statement. What I was unsure of, was, do we have to ACTIVELY fo.low the tlc plan? lol
I signed up to it. Have bought and eaten 8 yogs and will go buy the others tomorrow. (Like you, wouldn't DREAM of paying that much. Also they contain aspartame which is bad for yoiu, so wouldn't eat them regularly anyway!)
I just didn't know what the score was with the plan. So you don;t need to prove that you've followed it?

Bought the Mcain baked pots today. ( 2 lots as I have a friend who lets me send stuff there!)Where normally we all eat the pizza or whatever andf I say, "Do you like this or do you think it's not too good, and we all say "oh, it's not very nice, I think we'll have to claim our money back" laughing, we meant it with the baked potatoes. Very poor, esp for that price!
