I took part in the last promotion. However, upon reading the T&Cs, it states that the promotion runs from 31st October 2011, to 30th April 2012, so by my understanding, it means that if you've already taken part in a previous promotion, you can enter again.
Also, bear in mind that they don't refund postage, but for the price of a 2nd class stamp and a bit of printer ink, you can't go wrong.0 -
