I spoke to the lady who runs this... They only require a fully empty tube, but will not (at any circumstances) refund postage.

Refund is in stamps (boo!)- As I only use UK Mail!

Just thought I'd bring something to everyone's attention, as surely some people must have been caught out by this.

With the recent Asda and Tesco price guarantees, if you're due money back off your next shop, you have to bring in the receipt and printed out voucher and hand it to them on your next shop. Not a good idea if you need the receipt to send off for a TMF cheque.
