I also have not received a cheque for 2 of my addresses. Knew one was outstanding, had overlooked the other. They were sent 15/10 and 15/11 respectively. Have you contacted them?
Can't remember when I sent now but defo last year - not impressed but unsure where to contact them and not sure it's worth the hassle

It is worth the hassle of finding and contacting the manufacturer. When this happened to me last year I complained and got a very nice reimbursement.

I'll find out who we need to contact.

Agree with flyer, always chase up any cheques you haven't received. A, it's the principle, and B, you might get something extra out of it. ;)

I've had some freebies and vouchers over the years from companies to say sorry about the handling companies screwing up my cheques/applications/ :)

But on a similar note, I am still waiting for a few cheques sent Nov/Dec. I guess with the mad Xmas post and everything things will take even longer than the usual 28 working days.

50 pence money off coupon inside pack too :j

I saw this today. The box is quite big and, I guess, quite expensive to return. Do you have to pay the postage or am I missing a trick?

Good point. I imagine they would refund postage. I can't find the terms and conditions online. They are on the pack but the print is too small for me to read. :o

  • has anyone returned Beverly Hills toothpaste?Do they recompens the postage, coz it would cost £ 2-3 to send back the remaining toothpaste.Would be grateful for reply.
If you feel my post has been useful, " merci" would not go amiss.

I'm afraid you do have to pay postage to return the tea.

I have loads of stamps from doing the postal survey- otherwise it wouldn't be worth it. The teabags cost £1.52 (on offer in Sainsburys). You have to send half back so are getting 76p worth of teabags. Postage is 81p. I managed to squeeze them into a large letter size which was quite time consuming!

I now have the bread bag with T&C in front of me:

If you don't enjoy this loaf we will be happy to offer you your money back. Send us your wrapper, proof of purchase (Eg. original till receipt), together with your postal address to: Consumer Services, Allied Bakeries, 1 Kingsmill Place, Vanwall Business Park, Maidenhead, SL6 4UF. We will refund the purchase price and postage. Maximum refund value £2. Offer closes 31st July 2011.

Contrary to my previous post it doesn't mention a having to write a statement, sorry for the mis-remembering.

I contacted the company regarding the promotion as i felt it was a very poor offer as it costs more to send them back than you will get back. Pretty disgusting really, they reimbusted my money without sending them back, worth a go.
