It is worth the hassle of finding and contacting the manufacturer. When this happened to me last year I complained and got a very nice reimbursement.

I'll find out who we need to contact.

Agree with flyer, always chase up any cheques you haven't received. A, it's the principle, and B, you might get something extra out of it.

I've had some freebies and vouchers over the years from companies to say sorry about the handling companies screwing up my cheques/applications/

But on a similar note, I am still waiting for a few cheques sent Nov/Dec. I guess with the mad Xmas post and everything things will take even longer than the usual 28 working days.

Good point. I imagine they would refund postage. I can't find the terms and conditions online. They are on the pack but the print is too small for me to read.

has anyone returned Beverly Hills toothpaste?Do they recompens the postage, coz it would cost £ 2-3 to send back the remaining toothpaste.Would be grateful for reply.

I'm afraid you do have to pay postage to return the tea.

I contacted the company regarding the promotion as i felt it was a very poor offer as it costs more to send them back than you will get back. Pretty disgusting really, they reimbusted my money without sending them back, worth a go.
