Has anyone had any luck with this? Sent off the claim a week ago(a week after I bought it) and not heard anything yet. I'm hoping I don't get some cop out reply saying it took more than three weeks to reach them because it genuinely didn't remove the stain I bought it for!! I even pre-treated it and washed it twice!!!
Is there a time limit then from till receipt to applying date? Can you/anyone tell me how to find the instructions for claiming money back under the guarantee offer on the Ariel Stain Remover? I have visited the web site mentioned on the collar but can find no reference whatsoever to it. Help please!

Not sure if it's already been mentioned but Pantene are doing a "100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back" on their 'smooth and sleek' range as it is supposed to out perform a £60 salon hair treatment.

100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back
This offer is open to all residents in the UK and ROI. All applications should be sent to the following address: Pantene MBG, Dept PC101, PO Box 10, Diss, Norfolk, IP98 1SP and include name, address and an original till receipt showing purchase of Pantene, together with reasons for dissatisfaction. The Promoter will not be liable for applications not received, incomplete, delayed or damaged. Closing date is 31/07/2011. Only one application per household. Please allow 28 days for refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

I presume it includes the shampoo, conditioner and the intensive treatment pot as the small print about it being the spa treatment says "* Pantene Smooth & Sleek shampoo, conditioner & rinse-off treatment vs. a selected spa treatment (shampoo, conditioner & intensive)."

I don't know if you can apply for the shampoo, conditioner and intensive treatment though? Any ideas? Not mentioned in the T&Cs.....

Wins : McCains garden games set, 2xTickets to Alton Towers, Links of London friendship bracelet, 2xIdeal Home Show tickets, McFly album CD, Virgin Balloon flight for 2 with a case of ScrumpyJack cider and 2 ltd edition jackets, Powerboat racing experience, £50 Virgin voucher, Aerobie Pro flying ring & Rice Krispie squares, Tesco baby pack

:T Fab find, but I agree, it's very unclear whether you can apply for 1 product or more. Still, nice one! :j
  • I contacted Pantene customer services via email, however they said that the promotion was not under their department and didn't seem to have a clue!
