We bought a slow cooker from them earlier this year. My boy accidently pushed it off the kitchen worktop and split the outer case. ::)

As this is the electrical bit it was not safe to use. The earthenware cookpot was still in one piece and my wife wanted to know if it could be used in the main oven as a caserole dish.

She called the Morpy Richards help desk who said "No" cause it is not made to stand the heat.....

But they sent her a whole new slow cooker free of charge...now that is customer service! ;D

That's great, I just been given a Morphy Richard's slow cooker, and it's great to us.

I hope I don't need to use them for any problem's but having said that the service you got was terrific. :) Thank's for letting us know. :)

thats brilliant service, really pleased for you.
  • I've just recently had reason to contact Morphy Richards customer service and was very impressed.
I bought a deep fryer last year and it stopped working.
Called the helpline, spoke to Kerry, told her the problem and that I didn't have the receipt..
" No problem, we can check by the serial number...... I have arranged for a new one to be sent to you. It'll be there within 7-10 working days"
7 days later beautiful new fryer couriered to my door, 10 days later ( today, well yesterday now ;) ), call from customer services checking that I was stisfied with their service, needless to say I told her I am very impressed and very satisfied.
Why can't  all company's be this good?
    Well done Morphy Richards !
