It's normally right in the middle of the centre where the glass lifts are. It wasn't up when I was there last week, so I can't be sure. The closest parking is Marks and Spencer near the Vue cinema or Primark.

I took my 2 girls to the Bluewater one a couple of weeks ago, the free gift is a book - my 5 yr old got an 'annual' size fairy tale book with I think 4 stories in it, my 7 yr old got an 'annual' size Wind in the Willows.

The photo was £4.95 or £4.99 for an 8"x6" size, which I didn't think was too bad.

The set up was quite good - if you'd already booked you could bypass the queue - we went straight in. Although obviously it will be busier in December - we were meant to be going to Thailand for christmas so thats why I booked it so early, but our flight has just been cancelled due to the protests over there so we cant go now (soooo fed up!!).

I too couldn't print out my voucher as I was getting an error message, so I phoned them & they told me to take my booking number with me. To be honest they didn't check whether I'd turned up at the right time, but it was fairly quiet when we went.

Anyway hope you enjoy it - my youngest decided she is scared of Father Christmas so I ended up getting in the photo as well - not what I'd planned but it's still quite a sweet photo - even including me!!!

We went on Sat and it was lovely, considering it was free, (ok had to pay for photo but was a very cute one) It is outside the resturant area so was a wee bit chilly, wrap up.
And was alot better than the free one in Basildon I took my little girl to last week, to break the boredom of christmas shopping, santo looked a bit bedraggled, and said to her everytime she was naughty (which trust me this 3 yr old is often) a elf would come up behind her and flick her ear, which he proceed to do twice to her to demostrate this fact :eek: Then the present was a voucher for 99p for the 99p shop.
You've gotta love BASILDON!!! only here would that happen :rotfl:
So Bluewater was a massive improvement...
