PowerGen has altered its tarrif to me and I presume everybody.
Starting in September their Gas prices are to me:
No chanding charges
Primary Normal Rate 2.069 p/kWh
Secondary Normal Rate 1.645 p/kWh
Quarterly Threshold 1143 kWh
Energy used below your threshold each quarter will be charged at the primary rate and any energy used above will be charged at the secondary unit rate.
Any comments??

Apparently ALL customers are being moved to this "no standing charge" tariff.
What amused me was Pgen saying the reason is "they wanted to keep the billing and charges simple"
    ha,ha,ha.
