Boffer customer service

Hi All,

I'd like to know if anyone had to deal with boffer's customer service and what experience they have had.

I bought a "brand new" photo frame from them which came badly scratched. Promptly returned it but they wouldnt refund the return postage saying item was not scratched...effectively calling me a liar  . Certainly will never deal with them ever again. My advice is that if you have to return something then before sending the item back
a. Take photographs of the item
b. Note down the serial number

Thanks,

Wrong board, try Vent, Bent & Heaven Sent.
  • I've dealt with the parent company and never had any problems with returning items where necessary, Have you tried again and hope to get a different person?

Oh didnt realise there was a vent board. Thanks for moving the thread.

I did get another person but got the same message that there were no scratches. When I bought the item I thought I had a good deal but was disappointed quickly. Its possible the item got mixed up with other returns...

Anyways, it was a poor move on their part because they have lost a customer for good all for a few quid. The most important thing for an organization doing business is customer service and if you lack there then you are going to depend on luck to survive.

When you say scratched do you mean the surround ?

They usually have a plastic film on them and they a can look scratched until you remove the film

BTW i would post in this forum about your problems Oli may sort it out for you..
