Does Dulux Once really cover in one coat
Comments
-
I used dulux once in my kitchen. Bali Sand. Gorgeous colour - everybody remarked on that. Unfortunately (I couldn't see it) the colour didn't go in the room and white was a better choice, which I took on board and redecorated in white and the room was better.
Once is an odd paint. To cover in one coat you have to go really quite slowly and methodically. It covers well in one coat if you put it on quite thick and slowly, but it is not good if there are other surfaces you're painting over along the way, say an edging strip in plastic, or some gummy filler stuff. If you paint up to an edge that is a sealant, then at the edge it can have an odd edge.
Once paint I found is quite like a plastic material, that's stretchy. It's not like emulsion at all.0
