  • I can't find an email address but if you go to http://www.shopandscan.com/ and click on "contact us" it brings up a form to fill in. That's what I did.

    I have done shop and scan for a few years now and accumulated a fair amount of vouchers through them, plus the odd surveys add up too. I have had an invitation to this one, but not had a chance to look into it yet, am going to though, they do have a wide range of vouchers to choose from compared to some.

    i filled in the volunteer4 panels form abt 3 years ago.hadn't heard owt so signed up again last year and i foned them.once you fill in the form they keep it on record and contact you-that applies for all national shopping monitor thingies.i'm still waiting for an invite and dunno why they've never wanted anybody from where i live.
