She is man...but at least things are moving a bit now. Have written the letter to EGG, just got to post it. will be doing so asap. Have just paid £85 to re submit the divorce petition cos she didnt like the reasons i was divocing her, so wouldnt sign!
One thing, in her sols letter, it states that 'if I have an EGG credit card Agreement which i didnt sign, they have asked that you provide a copy and that they will take further instructions'..........
Now, in the past my ex has said i wouldnt be able to prove that she took it out, but if i get the agreement off EGG, surely that would prove it yeah?...or does she know something i dont??????

i,m sorry but are you nuts your allowed in your own home she has no right to keep you locked out unless its for dv reasons move back in she prob won,t last long then and i commend you for taking on 3 kids that weren,t yours sorry it didn,t work out

Hi, everyone says im nuts, etc...but you dont know this woman. She is capable of anything. She was a violent control freak, but i would never hit a woman, so walking away is the best option. But, hopefully, thanks to here, im taking steps that will change everything round, so me and my new beau, can have a great life.

Hi, re your Egg agreement, as the agreement is with you (however illegally) if you ask them for a copy of your agreement they'll send you a copy. It might cost a small admin fee but I don't see any reason they won't send it. Once you have a copy of the signed agreement you'll be able to see the signature and decide if you'll contest it from there.

I have a brother who's wife sold the house from under his nose. In fact he was in bed off night shift when the new owners arrived and he did nothing to stop her fraudulent acts. I do understand your reluctance to rock the boat with your ex but I believe she's taking you for a mug.

Hi again - sent off the letter to EGG asking for a copy of the credit agreement - nothing back as yet.
What happens if they dont respond?
i sent it recorded so i know they have got it!
