    some insurers have limits on what type of properties they want to cover and so have a limit on the max rebuilding cost/contents cost they will cover up to. If you're existing insurer allows higher values that might be why some other insurers don't (i.e. a lot don't allow contents values over £50k)

    This is just for buildings insurance - I wonder what the limit is? It seems odd, because I transferred from another insurer to my current one a few years ago, so at least two companies cover it!

    My insurer (RIAS) while offering me a VERY GOOD rate does charge a terrible £2 per month to pay by DD rather than in a lump sum annually. Needless to say I've changed to an annual payment, a saving of £24.
    WW Start Weight 18/04/12 = 19st 11lbs
    Weight today = 17st 6.5lbs
    Loss to date 32.5lbs!!!
