Trying to close my isa with Yorkshire BS as I need the money but the website won't let me close it or withdraw anything?????:eek: Please don't tell me I've lost my cash in the black hole :eek:

Your money is safe but how much interest you receive may depend on the terms and conditions of your ISA account.0 -
If you want to withdraw or close your YBS ISA/ Anniversary ISA you have to write to them with your instructions unless you have their e-ISA I think.0
