Log-In Query

My wife and I share the use of a laptop.

If I start (re-boot) the computer and log-in to my settings everything works fine for me. If I then Log-off to let my wife use the laptop, she cannot gain access to the internet and has to re-boot the computer, and then log-in first to gain internet access. If she then logs-off to allow me usage I don't have any problem accessing the internet.

It seems that she has to be the first one to log-in after a re-boot, as we are both then able to gain internet access with no problem, on our own settings, but if I log-in first she cannot gain the access on her settings!!!!!!!!

I've looked at Task Manager, and on my settings both our User Names are shown under Processes, and identical .exe files are shown for the both of us, but on my wifes settings Task Manager only shows her username and .exe files.

Gets very frustration when I have logged-on first and have programs running only to loose them because when my wife wants access under her settings, she has to re-boot.

Any ideas/clues/suggestions???

Footnote: the only .exe files that are shown against my username that are not shown against my wifes username are WLLoginProxy.exe and wuauclt.exe
