Roadside cover with Halifax Ultimate Reward Card.

Hi, hoping somebody can help me as soon as possible please.
My daughter just telephoned to say that she has broken down and thinks her clutch has gone (she doesn't have a clue really so it could be anything). She has managed to steer into a shopping centre car park.
She has a Halifax Ultimate Reward Card, and somewhere in the back of my mind I recally hearing that she was covered by the RAC or AA or Green Flag, something like this.
Does anybody have this card who could tell me if cover is automatic, or do you have to apply for cover. If it is automatic, do you know who it is with and what we have to do next? I have had a quick look through her car documents, but there is nothing in there.
Thanks in advance.
Carol

It's RAC breakdown cover but I have no idea if it's automatic or not. Why not phone the RAC and explain?

Thanks Jem. Looks like she is covered but the phone number the bank gave her gives a recorded message saying they are only open 9 to 5 - I don't think that can be right!
Anyway, her brother has gone to get her and she is going to phone from here, I think I have found the right number for her.
Got a feeling this is going to get expensive
