12 Month contract with 6 Month break clause

Hey All,
Stuck at the moment with my TA, I am currently in a 12 month contract with 6 month get out clause. I have been there 2 full months and wont out come the 6th month, it states i must give at least 2 months notice but not sure what actually needs to go in my notice.
Do I need to put my reasons or anything like that?
any help please

No reason required.
Just put in writing that you intend to leave on such and such a date in accordance with the break clause in the tenancy agreement,
It would also be worthwhile reminding them that they should put in place the necessary actions to enable a troublefree exit as possible, e.g. arrange for an out-going inventory/statement of condition check to be carried out on that last day.
Asking them to acknowledge receipt of the notice would also probably be a good idea."Now to trolling as a concept. ....
