I don't what there sales are like for christmas goods.

But I passed my local one twice yesterday once at about 9.15am and then again at about 2pm and the queue for the tills where halfway around the shop.

I have no idea why. I have never seen queues that long in there as long as I have been using it.

Wasn't there something in the local paper about an outbreak of diarrhoea?

Does anyone know if the body fat scales are any good or just a gimick??? I'm admitting I need to do something about my wait after the holidays

    TIA
    Claire :)

I bought some in Sainsburys last week - reduced from £40 to £20. I started off by weighing 9.st 2lb and having 24% body fat. Overnight I stayed the same weight but gained another 2% body fat. By sunday I had "lost" 2 lbs but gained another 1% body fat. So, over the course of less than a week I lost 2 lbs in weight and gained 3% body fat.

Needless to say, scales are going BACK to sainsburys tomorrow.

Was looking for some kitchen scales came across this:

    http://www.lloydspharmacy.co.uk/home-page/whats-new/nutritional_scales.htm
    • £7.99 reduced from £39.99
    • Only bad thing is that it takes 4xAAA's but i dont think will eat through them.
    • On the flip side it has the nutritional value of almost all foods so if your on a diet or going to watch these figures it is a bonus.
Seems like a good deal, available instore only and until 7th March 2006.
    ummm...

These have been on offer for a while. I got one 5 weeks ago, there great
  • Lloyds have the Intuition packs on offer at the moment, the ones with the razor and two blades and the hanging hook. They are priced at £3.19 and also have the £3 off your next purchase vouchers on the front. If you were cheeky you could take the voucher off and use it to pay plus 19p. I didn't do this as I will use the voucher in the supermarket.

This is a very good offer but make sure you get the packs that have the red voucher stuck to the front of the pack!
