Hi
I need help. every other time i start up my computer the monitor stays in standby. This has been happening more and more often in the last few weeks.
I had new windows updates yesterday.
Its a PB Imedia1410

See if the Monitor connection is securely in!
It'll stay in standby I think, if it is not connected properly (ie. No Signal Received)0 -
Do you know if it downloaded any new drivers when the computer updated yesterday?0

Its plugged in securely and when i reboot it starts up fine.

I would suspect initially that the graphics card is at fault.
Find out you make/model of graphics card, and see if there is any updated drivers to get for it.0 -

Cheers for that, have downloaded the latest driver from the pb website and have put it in to use.
restarted computer 8 times - no probs

Cool, lets hope that has fixed it.
Post up if it starts doing it again, and I'll think of some other stuff to try.
