Nokia 7373 full body replacement

HELP......why did i have to get such a complicated phone when it comes to changing the cover. I've always had 'normal' mobiles before, feel like a change, new cover, pop off, pop new one on.
Now i have a pink nokia 7373 and bought a new full body cover off ebay, it came with no instructions, but the tools to remove it all. Had a go myself and gave up, i was too scared, thought i was going to damage a part of the phone.
Does anyone know how you change it all, especially with getting the swivel bit off at the top???
I've now had to ring a company in my area called the fone doctor, who does this kind of thing. £7 to do it all, but i need to leave my mobile overnight, unless i drop it off on a Tues and it would be done thenas the techi has to do it.
What should i do????
