Is Anybody There? is from the producer of Harry Potter and stars Sir Michael Caine, Bill Milner (Son of Rambow), Anne Marie Duff (Magdalene Sisters) and David Morrissey (The Other Boleyn Girl).
Set in a sleepy British seaside town in the 1980s, Is Anybody There? tells the story of a morbid, bookish 10-year-old boy whose parents have turned their house into a retirement home. While his mother (Duff) struggles to keep the business afloat and his father (Morrissey) copes with the onset of a mid-life crisis, Edward (Milner) becomes increasingly obsessed with the afterlives of the home's elderly residents, following them around with a tape-recorder to capture the sound of the soul as it escapes the mortal coil… But Edward's macabre behaviour is cut short by the arrival of "The Amazing" Clarence (Sir Michael Caine), an anarchic retired magician and grieving widower who is determined to age disgracefully. As an unlikely friendship blossoms between them, the old man comes to terms with his past, the child masters his fear of the future, and both learn to seize the day.
The premier will be on 27th April and will be attended by a host of other celebrities!
Is Anybody There will be on general release from May 1st 2009.

WIN! Tickets to the premiere of Night at the Museum 2
To celebrate the release of the highly anticipated hilarious comedy Night at the Museum 2 on May 20, we have joined forces with 20th Century to give one lucky winner the chance to rub shoulders with the stars of the film at the exclusive world premiere on May 12.
Bringing back the original cast Ben Stiller, Robin Williams, Owen Wilson, Ricky Gervais and Steve Coogan, as well as a host of fun new characters and stars which include Jonah Hill, Hank Azaria and Eugene Levy, to name just a few, Night at the Museum 2 is sure to resuscitate even the old mummies.
When the Museum of Natural History is closed for upgrades and renovations, the museum pieces are moved into federal storage at the famous Washington Museums.
The centrepiece of the film will be bringing to life the Smithsonian Institution, which houses the world's largest museum complex with more than 136 million items in its collections, ranging from the plane Amelia Earhart (Amy Adams) flew on her non-stop solo flight across the Atlantic and Al Capone's rap sheet and mug shot to Dorothy's ruby red slippers, Fonzie's jacket from "Happy Days" and Archie Bunker's lounge chair from "All in the Family".
