I think you already know the answer to this one don't you?

You might have been able to persue a claim with ebay for a non performing seller, but I suppose all the seller has to do is point to your positive feedback for him and say you are just trying it on.

a new member - registered in United States on 20th November - 'won' my phone and wants to pay my money order and have it sent to Nigeria ::)

Finger accidently slipped on the 0 button when putting in the delivery charge and i inadvertantly charged him £7000 delivery which he hasn't complained about. Wonder why eh?

Luckily the 2nd highest bidder had asked me a question about it before so i knew he'd want it and took it on a second chance buy it now offer.

scheming_gypsy try reporting this guy to ebay as a scammer, even Ebay must be able to act over someone playing the '419' con. If you can get his account pulled he can't leave you feedback.

I hope it goes well for you, it is very annoying to think you might get a neg through absolutely no fault of your own.

419 scammers are chucked off eBay if you report them. Just make sure you send eBay the whole e-mail they sent you including the subject field and the rest will be history

the mail doesn't say too much. Even if he was genuine i wouldn't send it as all my auctions state delivery to UK only.
