New to all this so bear with me..............
Just ordered successfully a widescreen panasonic TV for my mum for Christmas. Used all the codes and got it for £121. Bit worried now that they won't honour the order even though I got a confirmation through straight away. Will have to see what turns up!

Hi,

I'm from Redcats web support team. From reading this thread, we now understand why we've had so much trouble with the host server today.

Good luck with all of your orders, however I would note that:

a) The telephone order team do not have access to the live stock levels. If they told you it is showing as in stock that's because it was on Friday.

b) Web orders and telephone orders are queued in order of the time at which they were placed.

c) No orders will actually be processed until Monday.

d) The item which has received the most orders today had a stock level of TWO on Friday.

Just tried to order the 5.0 megapixels Sony Cybershot (FB4365)...

Gave up trying to do it online, tried the freephones customer order no - 0800 220230. After trying numerous times, and holding on for long periods of time, the operator says code PB1356 isn't valid - and the camera has been out of stock for some time!!!



Oh well, it would have been nice, but just think of the money we've saved NOT buying it  ::)
