You seem to be the only one to not get an email and as you ordered so early you should have got one right away. Any chance you misstyped your email addy?

I don't think you'll get your customer number until your order has been transferred from the online orders pile to the computer system. You should definitely have had your confirmation e-mail though - if you have a spam filter of any kind on your e-mails, it might be worth checking to make sure it hasn't been caught there.

Thanks very much ransanmoney. Just got a 5 mega pixel camera I had my eye on for £104 (plus free jacket) instead of £349. Unfortunately both the tvs I wanted were out of stock (though website said different). Had to place order by phone in the end cos i kept getting the heavy traffic message. also girl told me I could not use the £15 new customer code as well as the 30% off code, but not bothered about that! will save that code for a future order.
