Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of the rules is a condition of entry and entry instructions form part of the rules.
DVD Prize Draw

* Text KEG plus your Date of Birth to 88600. Your mobile telephone number will be entered into an hourly free prize draw. Only one entry per person per mobile telephone number. The standard charges of your mobile phone provider apply.
* Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties are invalid. Promoter cannot accept responsibility for lost entries or for transmission failures. Entry indicates acceptance of terms and conditions.
* There are 1,440 James Bond Casino Royal featuring Daniel Craig DVD’s to be won.
* Entries received from .01 minutes past the hour until .01 minutes to the hour during every hour of the promotion period will be entered into an hourly free prize draw. Promotion runs until midnight on 12 December 2008.
* There will be 1,440 separate prize draws in total made during the promotion period by an independent judge. All fully completed qualifying entries received in the preceding hour will be entered into the hourly draw and the first entry drawn at random will win one DVD. The Judges decision is final.

* All valid qualifying entries received prior to midnight on 12 December 2008 which have been entered into hourly DVD prize draws will be entered into one super free prize draw.
* Prize is holiday for 2 adults to Monte Carlo, Monaco including return economy flights from London to Nice, France, return helicopter transfers to and from Nice to Monte Carlo, 3 nights 5 star B&B shared accommodation at the Metropole Hotel in Monte Carlo, 1 night’s entrance for 2 to Jimmyz nightclub, 1 night’s entrance for 2 to Monte Carlo Casino with €100 worth of chips in total and £1,000 spending money in total. Dress codes at nightclub and casino apply. Food, drinks, and all other expenses are the responsibility of the prize winner. The prize winner’s guest must also be aged 18 years or over. The prize winner and guest are responsible for organising valid travel insurance, passport and visa as appropriate. Prize winner must organise travel via Promoter.
